Last week Ukrainian wheat export amounted to 320k tons

Last week (2-6 October), Ukraine exported 320k tons of wheat.

This is reported by Agritel.com.

The report also says that Ukraine exported 91k tons of barley and 58k tons of corn.

"Ukrainian wheat is very competitive in the international market and is actively exported to Mexico, the Philippines, Indonesia and India," analysts note.

It is noted that 523k tons of wheat, 14k tons of barley and 14k tons of corn were exported from Russia. The report also says that Russian wheat will be shipped to Bangladesh, Ghana, Venezuela and Peru.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine in January-September 2017 exported 11.96 million tons of wheat amounting to $1.89 billion.
