Ukraine in January-September exported 15k tons of tomatoes

According to the results of January-September 2017, Ukraine exported 15.02 thousand tons of tomatoes for the amount of $9.98 million.

According to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the main importers of Ukrainian tomatoes in January-July 2017 are Belarus ($8.15 million) and Poland ($1.44 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 12.26 thousand tons and 2.16 thousand tons of tomatoes, respectively.

Reference: in 2016, Ukraine exported tomatoes for the amount of $17.2 million, which is 65% ($6.8 million) more than the level of Y2015 — $10.4 million.
