The Cargill grain terminal construction is 50% complete

The construction of the new Cargill and MV Cargo grain terminal is halfway complete.

This is reported on the company's Facebook page.

"On the 20th of October, 2 001 700 cubic meters of soil has been withdrawn from the bottom of the future grain terminal, which means that we are almost halfway there. Our partners — China Harbor Ukraine Corporation — are ahead of the schedule by 25.8%," the message informs.

The ground construction works are also 50% complete.

The MV Cargo grain terminal will bring the Odessa region and the port itself about US$ 10 million (about UAH 260 million) contributions to the budget.
