AMCU authorized the purchase of 2 Cargill elevators

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized the purchase of 2 grain elevators owned by Cargill.

According to the message, the permission was granted to Voinskoye grain reception centre to acquire assets in the form of an integral property complex for primary processing and storage of grain in Kharkiv region owned by Cargill.

AMCU authorized the company Pole-Grain to acquire the assets in the form of an integral property complex in Kirovograd region owned by Cargill.

Reference: Cargill's net profit in FY 2017, which ended May 31, 2017, amounts to US$ 2.84 billion, which is 19% more than in FY 2016.
