Ukraine in Jan-Oct exported 18.9 thousand tons of tomatoes

In the period of January-October 2017, Ukraine exported 18.87 thousand tons of tomatoes for the amount of USD 12 million.
The data of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine shows that the main importers of domestic tomatoes in Jan-Oct 2017 are Belarus (USD 9.67 million) and Poland (USD 1.65 million). Export to these countries amounted to 15.05 thousand tons and 2.57 thousand tons of tomatoes, respectively.
Reference: in 2016 Ukraine exported tomatoes valued at USD 17.2 million, which is 65% (USD 6.8 million) more than the indicator of 2015 — USD 10.4 million.
