ING Bank arranged a USD 80 million syndicated loan for ViOil

ViOil has signed an agreement with a syndicate of European banks on the allocation of a pre-export financing in the amount of USD 80 million.

The main authorized representative and bookrunner of the syndicated loan was Dutch ING Bank N.V., which is one of the largest financial institutions in the world, operating in more than 40 countries.

"The provision of this syndicated loan means high confidence in our company shown by Western financial institutions. It is very important for us that partners are confident in the stability and transparency of our business. The opening of the pre-export funding line allowed the company to fully meet the working capital requirements for MY 2017/18 and became ViOil's next step in entering the European capital markets," stressed Alla Vlasyuk, CFO of the ViOil industrial group.

Reference: in the period from October 14 to November 14, ViOil processed 30 thousand tons of high-oleic sunflower seeds, and produced 13.5 thousand tons of high-oleic oil.
