Hungary banned the import of Ukrainian meat

Hungary banned the import of any meat products into the country, including from Ukraine, reports UNN with the reference to the Hungarian Telegraph Agency (MTI).

These measures were taken due to the fact that at the Chop-Zakhon border in the course of a selective inspection of meat, the employees of the National Food Quality Service discovered the African Swine Fever (ASF).

Reference: Belarus restricted the import of pigs from the Kharkov, Sumy, Donetsk and Ternopil regions of Ukraine due to the cases of ASF.
