Export of apples in Jan-Nov amounted to 20 thousand tons

Ukraine in January-November 2017 exported 19.69 thousand tons of apples, pears and quinces for the amount of USD 5.62 million.
The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine informs that the major importers of Ukrainian apples in the reporting period are Belarus (USD 2.2 million), Austria (USD 1.93 million) and Hungary (USD 0.659 million).
Exports to these countries amounted to 7.7 thousand tons, 6.75 tons and 2.31 tons of apples, respectively.
Reference: the volume of fruit exports from Ukraine over 9 months of 2017 increased by 64% as compared to the same period last year and amounted to USD 23.8 million.
