All-Ukrainian normative monetary assessment of agricultural land to be conducted in 2018

All-Ukrainian normative monetary assessment of agricultural land will be conducted in 2018. This is informed in the Budget State Law of Ukraine for 2018 published in Voice of Ukraine, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

Conducting a normative monetary assessment of the land will be provided at the expense of the state budget.

The State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (StateGeoCadastre) approves the technical documentation for the regulatory and monetary assessment.

By February 1, 2018 the StateGeoCadastre must provide the State Fiscal Service (SFS) with information on the regulatory and monetary valuation of land plots that was carried out as of that date. The SFS will publish the information on its website.

In 2018, the monetary valuation of agricultural land will not change normatively, since the indexation coefficient is set at the level of a unity.

Until July 15, 2018 the State Fiscal Service should publish on its official website the normative monetary assessment of lands approved for the next year.
