Export of sunflower seeds in 2017 totaled 73k tons

In 2017, Ukraine exported 73.23 thousand tons of sunflower seeds for the amount of USD 29.73 million.
The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) informs that the main importers of Ukrainian sunflower in the reporting period are Turkey (USD 6.4 million), Germany (USD 3.75 million) and Italy (USD 2.57 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 15.77 thousand tons, 9.23 thousand tons and 6.34 thousand tons, respectively.
