Iurii Zhuravlov acquired 329 thousand shares in Agroton

The majority shareholder of Agroton Public Limited Iurii Zhuravlov acquired 329,233 company shares.
It is noted that the transaction was executed outside the regulated market.
According to Interfax-Ukraine, the current stock price of Agroton on the WSE is PLN 4.48 per share (USD 1.34).
Reference: in May 2017, Iurii Zhuravlov acquired 950 thousand company shares.
