Flour exports increased to 288k tons

Ukraine from the beginning of 2017/18, as of February 21, 2018, exported 288 thousand tons of flour, which is 49.4 thousand tons more than the indicator for the same period of the previous marketing season.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that wheat flour exports amounted to 287.1 thousand tons. Export of flour of other types for the reporting period amounted to 0.9 thousand tons.

Earlier it was reported that in 2017 Ukrainian flour mills produced 1.94 million tons of flour, which is 2% less than in 2016.
