Kernel to pay dividends of USD 0.25 per share

The board of directors of Kernel Holding S.A.  announced that the dividend of USD 0.25 per share (twenty five US cents per share), which was approved on the general meeting of shareholders held on 11 December 2017, would be payable on 26 April 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 April 2018.

The dividend payment will be subject to deduction of Luxembourg withholding tax at a rate of 15%. Dividend will be paid in US dollars.

Note: the total number of issued shares — 81.941,230.

Earlier it was reported that Kernel entered into USD 100 million credit facility.
