Soybean reserves in Ukraine exceed 667k tons

As of February 1, 2018 soybean reserves at processing and storing enterprises amount to 667.59 thou. tons, which is 18% less than in the same period in 2017 — 815.37 thou. tons.

The data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine shows that the highest reserves of soybeans are at the enterprises of Odessa (102.11 thou. tons), Khmelnitsky (91.47 thou. tons) and Vinnytsia (72.99 thou. tons) regions.

It is noted that the lowest reserves of soybeans are at enterprises of Lviv (7.14 thou. tons), Kharkiv (4.77 thou. tons) and Ivano-Frankivsk (1.32 thou. tons) regions.

Reference: Ukraine since the beginning of 2017/18, as of February 21, 2018, exported 25.88 million tons of grain, which is 2.61 million tons less than over the same period last year.
