Ukraine in Sep-Feb exported 2.6 MT of sunflower oil

Over the period from September to February 2017/18, the export volume of sunflower oil amounted to 2,566 thou. tons. The decrease in export volume is 5%, while over the same period 2,705 thou. tons were exported.
UkrAgroConsult informs that the February export of 2017/18 amounted to 432 thou. tons.
The major export destinations for Ukrainian sunflower oil in the current marketing year are India (45% of the total exports), EU countries (28%) and China (10%), showing a tendency to increase purchases. Iran reduced imports from Ukraine, whereas Iraq and Malaysia imported 4% and 1%, respectively.
