Prominvestbank filed a USD 35 million lawsuit against Mriya Agroholding

Prominvestbank initiated a claim against Mriya Agroholding to enforce USD 35.22 million (equivalent to UAH 973.24 million as of December 18, 2017).
According to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, the claim provides for the enforcement of debts of LAKOPROM, ARTO VITA, ZERNO-PROGRESS, UKRPROM-2, DAILY PRODUCT, AGROSFERA-INVEST under the loan agreement for the opening of a revolving line of credit dated December 19, 2011, and under the loan agreement on the opening of a credit line dated December 19, 2011.
The judge ruled to extend the duration of the preparatory proceedings for 30 days until May 22, 2018. The claimant must also submit a reasonable calculation of the amount of the claim, taking into account the amount of the loan's body.
