Nika-Tera handled five types of cargo simultaneously

On June 27, 2018, Sea Specialized Port Nika-Tera simultaneously transshipped four types of cargo at five commercial berths of the port and performed sunflower oil acceptance.

"Transshipment was carried following various technological schemes: corn, peas and clay were exported, imported phosphorite was accepted and transit Belarusian potassium was loaded," the company informed on its Facebook page.

To optimize the process of cargo operations, the transshipment of corn was carried out by a combined method — from silos and from motor vehicles.

"Along with this, the port handled the next shipment of sunflower oil from cistern cars into the oil terminal's capacity," the press service said.

Previously it was reported that Nika-Tera had started the transshipment of sunflower meal.
