The cost of agricultural production increased 14%
From January to May 2018, the cost of agricultural production increased 13.6% as compared with the corresponding period last year, Kurkul.com writes.
Over five months of 2018, the expenses of crop production increased 12.4%, while animal breeding expenses increased 16.9%.
As compared with April, the costs of agricultural production in May rose by 0.8%.
The price index for material and technical resources of industrial origin and utilized in agriculture in January-May 2018 gained 14.4% as compared with the relevant period of the previous year.
As compared with April, in May the costs of material and technical resources of industrial origin increased 2.8%.
