Sugar prices went down 18.5% in July

In July 2018, prices for sugar in Ukraine dropped by 18.5% as compared with the corresponding period in 2017, UNN writes.

According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the cost of sugar increased by 1.9% vs June 2018.

In January-July 2018, the price of sugar decreased by 16.4%.

Reference: in July of MY2017/18, Ukrainian producers exported 36.7 thou. tons of sugar, which is 46% less than in the previous month.
