Ukroilprom named the key unrefined sunflower oil producers in 2017/18

By the data of the Ukroilprom Association, Optimus Agro Trade is the largest producer of unrefined sunflower oil in MY2017/18 with the market share of 7.2%.

The TOP-10 producers of unrefined sunflower oil includes:

1. Optimus Agro Trade (Zaporizhzhya OFP) — 7.2%;
2. European Transport Stevedoring Company (Bunge) — 7.1%;
3. Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Production Plant (ViOil) — 5.3%;
4. Ukrainian Black Sea Industry (Kernel) — 5.1%;
5. Bandursky Oil Extraction Plant (Kernel) — 5%;
6. Prydniprovsky Oil Crushing Plant (Kernel) — 4.8%;
7. Allseeds — 4.6%;
8. ADM — 4.6%;
9. Dnipropetrovsk Oil Extraction Plant (Bunge) — 4,4%;
10. Poltava Oil Crushing Plant (Kernel) — 4.3%.

Reference: in August of MY2017/18, the Ukrainian large and medium-sized enterprises produced the minimum volume of sunflower oil since the beginning of the marketing year — 83.6 thou. tons, which is a result of the decreased raw materials reserves by the end of the season.
