Kernel claims Russian sanctions will not affect the company's operations

Sanctions imposed by the Russian Federation will not impact Kernel’s operations and financial results.
"Sanctions against Ukrainian companies and citizens imposed by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on 1 November 2018 will not impact Kernel’s operations and financial results. Via a joint venture, Kernel indirectly owns an interest in a legal entity domiciled in the Russian Federation, however, Kernel has not been involved in the business activities in the territory of the Russian Federation for the past several years," the company informed.
