Sunflower oil production in October 2018 reached a record high volume

In October of the current MY2018/19, large and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine produced the maximum volume of sunflower oil for this period — 533.5 thou. tons, UkrAgroConsult reports.

The active start of harvesting campaign, high yields, low end stocks of the finished product have become the main stimulating factors for oilseeds processors.

As a result, over the first two months of the new season, the production of sunflower oil reached another record and amounted to 955.3 thou. tons against 857.4 thou. tons a year earlier.
