USPA and Louis Dreyfus sign an agreement to increase cargo turnover in Odessa seaport

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) and Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) plan to sign an agreement to increase cargo turnover in Odessa seaport.

The Acting CEO of USPA Raivis Veckagans informed the authority participates in the implementation of three major investment projects in the port of Odessa.

“On the construction of the berth of 1-z Androsovsky Quay Pier, where the company Brooklyn-Kiev and the international investor Louis Dreyfus are building a grain-transshipment complex, the investments were implemented by 69%. The signing of an agreement with Louis Dreyfus on increasing the cargo turnover is being prepared,” said Raivis Veckagans.

As reported earlier, the implementation of the investment project of USPA for the construction of berth No. 8 continues in Mykolaiv seaport, in the territory of which private investors planned construction of grain and oil transshipment complexes.
