Seaports of Ukraine transshipped 36 mln t of cargoes in Jan-Nov

In January-November 2018, seaports of Ukraine handled 35.86 million tons of grain cargoes.

By the data of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration (USPA), the biggest volumes of transshipment were provided by the following seaports:

  • Mykolaiv — 11.63 mln t (+40.1% y-o-y);
  • Chernomorsk — 8.32 mln t (+13.3%);
  • Yuzhny — 6.81 mln t (–14.2%);
  • Odesa — 6.11 mln t (–12.8%);
  • Olvia — 0.81% (–73.6%).

In the period from December 8 to December 14, 562 thou. tons of main grain crops were shipped by the Ukrainian seaports, which is 35% less than the previous week (867 thou. tons, taking into account the actualization of data).
