Brazil sent 14 sugar loaded steamers to the CIS countries

As of December 25, 2018, Brazil sent 14 sugar loaded ships to the CIS member states, the National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine (Ukrsugar) reports with reference to the Williams agency.

14 steamboats with a total tonnage of 504.09 thou. tons were loaded in the ports of Brazil and headed to the countries of the CIS, Georgia and the Baltic States. 13 vessels of the above number were loaded with a tonnage of 471.89 thou. tons.

As reported earlier, prices for sugar since the start of 2018 decreased 17% as a result of high production dynamics.
