Flour shipments from Ukraine total 118 thou. tons

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports that Ukraine exported 118 thou. tons of flour by December 26, 2018.

This figure is 96.7 thou. tons less than it was exported in last year's comparative period.

Since the start of MY2018/19, wheat flour shipments amount to 111.5 thou. tons, whereas other types of flour — 0.6 thou. tons.

In MY2017/18, flour exports reached 413 thou. tons.

The key factors in determining potential markets for Ukrainian flour are the market capacity of the importing country, as well as the actual import volumes of these products.
