HarvEast finalized Agro-Holding MC acquisition

In 2018, HarvEast agroholding finalized the purchase of the Agro-Holding MC assets in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions. This was informed Dmitriy Skornyakov, HarvEast CEO, the APK-Inform consultancy writes.

"This is an important step for us. The assets are promising, they are located in favourable for crop production climatic zones. We are set to invest in its development," Dmitriy Skornyakov commented.

HarvEast manages 102 thou. hectares in Donetsk region. Agro-Holding MC cultivated 25 thou. hectares, thus the consolidated farmland of HarvEast currently equals to 127 thou. hectares.

Reference: on December 18th, 2018, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized HarvEast Holding Limited (Cyprus) for the acquisition of Agrotime Invest Limited (Cyprus) shares. According to the YouControl analytical system, Agrotime Invest Limited is a subsidiary of Agro-Holding MC, which specializes in grain and industrial crops production.
