Russian court extended the arrest of Roshen's Lipetsk confectionery factory

The Moscow Basmanny District Court extended the term of the arrest imposed on the Roshen Lipetsk confectionery factory, the company's press-service informs.

On the investigator's application, the term of the security arrest imposed on 12 real estate objects was extended until June 13th, 2019.

The measures applied by the court make it possible to operate the arrested property but prohibit selling or leasing it.

According to the report, the finished products warehouse, four workshops, auxiliary building, seven land plots with a total area of 700 thou. sq. meters are under arrest.

In June 2017, thRoshen Corporation completely finished the process of closing down of the Lipetsk confectionery factory in Russia.

As previously reported, following the results of 2017 the Vinnytsya Dairy Plant of Roshen became the largest producer of dairy and milk-containing products in Ukraine.
