Zahidnyi Buh added 14 thou. ha to its landbank

Since the start of 2019, Zahidnyi Buh company increased its farmland volume by 14 thou. hectares.

“This year we have created two more new branches — in Ternopil region with 6.5 thou. ha, and in Chernivtsi region with 7.5 thou. ha under management,” Yuri Odnorig, deputy director for the production organization in the company, commented for Latifundist.com.

Previously it was reported that the total farmland area of the new division in Chernivtsi region amounted to 7.25 thou. hectares. This year in Chernivtsi region, the company planned to grow wheat, sugar beet, barley, rapeseed, soybeans and corn.

In summer 2018, the company commissioned a new elevator complex in the town of Brody, Lviv region.
