Land Guide of Ukraine 2020 is a detailed database on the country's land fund and a convenient guide to land reform. The handbook was developed by the AgroPolit.com and Feodal.online (automatic service for obtaining and monitoring data on land plots) teams supported by Arzinger and Oschadbank.

"The moratorium on agricultural land sale in Ukraine has been extended 10 times. Over 28 years of land reform implementation, lots of diversified information has been accumulated on this topic. We have systematized and assembled in a convenient infographics format everything one needs to know. This is especially important before the launch of the land market in Ukraine," commented Natalia Bilousova, Editor-in-Chief of AgroPolit.com.

The guide features the place of Ukraine on the land map of Europe; the latest data on agricultural land plots, land shares, state and municipal land owned by the territorial communities. Besides, agriproducers, potential buyers, investors, and financial institutions will benefit from information on farmland lessees and how much land they cultivate in Ukraine, how much the state and private land costs. An important section is the dynamics of land prices in Europe after the market opening.

"There is much talk about the land market in Ukraine, politicians often manipulate the related statistics. While working on the Land Guide of Ukraine, we thoroughly collected and checked the data from the State Statistics Service, State Geocadastre, AgroPolit.com, Feodal.online, Latifundist.com, Kurkul.com in order to have a clear understanding of the situation in the agricultural sector and answer numerous questions from agrarians," stresses Andrii Demianovych, founder of Feodal.online service.

The Guide is available by the link.
