Soybean export supply from Ukraine in Jan-Apr totalled over 700 thou. t

In the period of Jan-Apr 2020, soybeans export from Ukraine stood at 733.51 thou. t for the amount of USD 255.59 mln.

The State Customs Service of Ukraine reports that the key markets in the period are:

• Turkey: 173.11 thou. t, USD 60.33 mln, 23.6% of the total supply
• Belarus: 150.08 thou. t, USD 52.29 mln, 20.46%
• Greece: 67.34 thou. t, USD 23.45 mln, 9.18%
• other countries: 342.99 thou. t, USD 119.52 mln, 46.76%

As of 1 May 2020, soybean export from Ukraine in the 2019/20 season totalled 2.54 mln t worth USD 828.7 mln.
