Ukraine raises EUR 250 mln of credit from Cargill

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution to attract a loan from Cargill Financial Services International Inc. in 2020.

The loan amount is EUR 250 mln. State external borrowings are exercised within framework of the State Budget Law 2020.

The credits are accrued:

  • interest income at 5.95% p.a. on loan agreements with a maturity of 3 years after the date of receipt of the loan funds;
  • interest income at 6.85% p.a. on loan agreements with a maturity of 5 years after the date of receipt of the loan funds.

Interest income is paid quarterly. The dates of payment are determined in the respective loan agreements.

The loans are repayable in 3 and 5 years after the date of receipt of the loan funds in accordance with the terms of the respective loan agreements.
