Astarta's CFO Gladky bought more company shares

On June 7, Viktor Gladky, Chief Financial Officer of the agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv, acquired in total 350 shares of ASTARTA Holding N.V.
The market price per share was PLN 51.42.
The transaction amount made up PLN 18 thou. or USD 4.91 thou.
Shares owned in the company (as of 31 December 2020): 9,724.
Previously reported that the company's Board approved a EUR 12,500,000 dividend payment to be distributed on 23 June 2021.
The holding's market cap in the period May 27 – June 2 totalled USD 299 mln.
