Ristone Holdings generated USD 11 mln of net profit in 2020

Ristone Holdings generated a net profit of USD 10.8 mln for 2020, the preliminary results of the consolidated audited statements by BDO(BDO is an international network of public accounting, tax and advisory firms which perform professional services under the name of BDO) provide.

The company's EBITDA for the period totalled USD 23 mln, the debt reached USD 16.9 mln, net-debt-to-EBITDA ratio stood at 0.7.

"Transparent financial reporting is one of the critical principles for the holding, which allows us to operate efficiently and forge trusting relationships with European partners and investors," the company's statement reads.

Ristone Holdings began cooperating with the international network of public accounting, tax and advisory firms BDO back in 2012.

Previously the company reported the commissioning of a grain elevator at its crushing plant in Dnipropetrovsk region.
