Nathalie Bachich resigns from Kernel Board

On 9 May 2022, Nathalie Bachich submitted a written notice of resignation from the Board of Directors of Kernel Holding S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company.
As specified in the respective service agreement, the resignation will become effective within 90 days following the receipt of the written notice by the company.
Kernel is expected to announce the effective resignation date of Bachich in a separate notification.
Earlier Sergei Shibaev resigned from the Board of Directors of Kernel Holding S.A.
