Poletehnika company robbed of 25 thou. t of grain by russian invaders

In the russian-occupied territories of Ukraine, the so-called local authorities are robbing entrepreneurs by confiscating their grain. This is not an isolated case, but this time the commodity owners were given a piece of paper with a stamp, writes Maxigrain business development manager Elena Nebora on Twitter.

According to her, the grain is removed by road and exported through temporary occupied Crimean ports with forged documents to Syria (or goes over the mainland to russian ports).

"For over a month now, russian grain trading groups have been actively marketing our grain, meal and vegoil, which they actually seized from Ukrainian producers," states Elena Neroba.

She adds that a letter requesting the confiscation of grain for the benefit of the so-called Berdyansk city council has also been received by the Poletehnika company. In total, the company has about 40,000 tons of wheat in its warehouses.

"Since 7 May 2022, international regulations have been flagrantly violated with the russian authorities illegally removing grain from the company's warehouses to Krasnoperekopsk in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. As of 9 May, more than 50 grain trucks already exported about 2,000 tons of grain and today they continue to do so", Poletehnika says in a statement.

Latifundist.com has contacted the company to learn more about the current situation.

Previously reported that russian occupants plan to deliver the stolen Ukraine grain to Syria.
