russia attacked a Liberia-flagged vessel in one of the ports of Big Odesa with an X-31P antiradar missile, the Operational Command "South" reports.

"The missile hit the superstructure of a commercial Liberian-flagged vessel as it was entering the port. Three crew members — Filipino nationals — were wounded, one of them was hospitalised," the message reads

Three crew members and the port worker were injured, and the pilot was killed.

The vessel was to be loaded with ore for delivery to China.

"This is already the 21st targeted attack by russia after it left the grain agreement. During this time, the terrorist country damaged more than 160 infrastructure facilities including 122 vehicles," commented Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine – Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.
