Sunflower oil refinery construction launched in Ternopil region
AV Export Import has launched the construction of a sunflower oil refinery in the Chortkiv-West industrial park in Ternopil region, Chortkiv Mayor Volodymyr Shmatko announced on Facebook.
The project will be implemented in three phases:

Phase 1 — construction of a refining and deodorization facility with a capacity of 50 tons/day. This stage will create 39 jobs.

Phase 2 (2026) — launch of an oil bottling plant with a capacity of 54,000 bottles/day, providing an additional 38 jobs.

Phase 3 (2028) — construction of a sunflower seed reception and processing facility with a capacity of 150 tons/day, creating 56 more jobs.
The Chortkiv-West industrial park was registered in October 2019 on a land plot of 87.7 hectares. According to YouControl, AV Export Import was founded in 2017. The company’s core activities include wholesale food trade, as well as the production of oil and animal fats.
