Agromino terminal handles nearly 100,000 tons of grain since season start, aims for half a million by year-end
Since the beginning of the 2025/26 marketing year, Agromino’s terminal has already shipped 90,000 tons of wheat for export and is preparing to start the corn shipping season, said Liubomyr Cheban, CEO of Trigon-Export.
Since the start of MY 2025/26, the Agromino terminal has exported 90,000 tons of wheat, including 20,000 tons of the company’s own grain and 70,000 tons purchased from other producers.
In a comment to Latifundist.com, Cheban emphasized that the agriholding managed to secure 70% of all the wheat volumes intended for export through its own procurement.
The terminal’s capacity reaches 7,000 tons per day, and the company continues to improve its technical processes, gradually increasing daily vessel loading rates.
African countries, particularly Egypt, as well as Turkey and Israel, are the main export destinations. The company focuses on corn, wheat, and soybeans.
For the current season, Agromino plans to handle up to 500,000 tons of grain.
