Agromino plans to sell grain terminal and storage facilities in Chornomorsk
Agricultural holding Agromino plans to sell its port operator business and storage facilities in Chornomorsk to unlock capital and focus on its core business areas, newly appointed Agromino CEO Anastázie Vaňková and Liubomyr Cheban, CEO of Trigon-Export, told Latifundist.com.
The company emphasised that it does not intend to cease operations at the Port of Chornomorsk and will continue handling its own cargo there. However, the sale of the terminal and storage infrastructure would allow Agromino to redirect resources toward the development of its key business segments.
These include crop production, livestock farming, grain storage, trading operations, and energy projects in Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
Since July 2025, Agromino’s grain terminal in Chornomorsk has handled more than 400,000 tons of cargo.
