Allseeds suspends operations in Ukraine over security risks

Allseeds Group has announced the suspension of its operations in Ukraine, citing a sharp deterioration in the security situation and intensified Russian missile and drone attacks on port and logistics infrastructure in Odesa region.
The company said the decision was driven by the exceptionally high risks to the lives and safety of its employees, as well as to its production facilities.
"Further operations under the current conditions pose extremely high risks to the lives and safety of the company's employees, as well as to the company's facilities," Allseeds said in a statement published on Facebook.
The company stressed that its top priority is protecting employees while preserving its production assets, infrastructure, and operational capabilities.
The suspension will be implemented in accordance with Ukrainian law. At the same time, Allseeds said it intends to retain the resources and capabilities needed to resume operations once the security situation stabilises.
In December 2025, an early morning Russian strike damaged Allseeds' vegetable oil transshipment terminal, destroying thousands of tons of sunflower oil.
