Ministry of Agrarian Policy has set the priorities for 2017 — Kutovoy
The priorities of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy for 2017 include: land reform, stimulation of the agricultural complex development, improvement of food quality and safety, and organic market development.

Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman said that the reform of the agricultural sector is a priority for the government.
"In Budget 2017, we have set very clear priorities, including the agricultural complex. We have sectors that can be a solid basis for potential growth, including agricultural industry, which also needs to be reformed", said the Prime Minister.
Vladimir Groysman also believes that the high-quality land reform must be carried out by 2020.
"During the land reform, we need to build the system of relations that will remove all populist questions and give Ukrainian citizens a possibility to dispose of their property. The budget for 2017 has already been formed to support the livestock raising, horticulture and agricultural machinery building industry. Subsidies should be used for the creation of new workplaces, added value, infrastructure projects", said Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Kutovoy.
According to Taras Kutovoy, food safety issues and update of the quality control system have always been the priority for Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
"Ministry of Agrarian Policy continues expanding sales markets and working on the privatization issues, launched this year. I hope that MPs will understand their importance, and we will be able to complete what has been launched. We have a new year ahead of us, new challenges, and I am sure that we will accept them and successfully overcome them", he concluded.
It was earlier reported that the alcohol industry deshadowing resulted in the budget income of about 5-6 billion USD per year.
