Fairfax purchased 10% of Astarta shares

The Canadian company Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd acquired a 9.99% stake of Astarta-Kiev on January 4, 2017.

It is noted that Fairfax has made the transaction in accordance with the stock sale contract shares, which the company announced August 25, 2016.

Fairfax bought a total of 2.49 million shares. It is noted that 450,000 shares were bought from Albacon Ventures Limited and 2.04 million shares were purchased from Aluxes Holding Limited.

The average share price was $14.17.

It was earlier reported that the Canadian company Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited will acquire 25% of Astarta-Kiev shares.
