AMCU authorised Renvior Trading and Epicenter to purchase Glencore agricultural enterprises

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed companies Renvior Trading Limited (Cyprus) and Epicenter K to purchase more than 50% and 24.7% respectively in 10 agricultural enterprises.

This is reported by the AMCU.

Thus, AMCU gave permission to Renvior Trading to acquire more than 50% of the shares in the authorized capital of the following companies:

  •   Chernivchanka agro (Vinnytsia region);
  •   Buzhansky (Cherkasy region);
  •   Vita-Kolos (Cherkasy region);
  •   Interagroinvest (Kyiv region),
  •   Ridge and K (Vinnytsia region);
  •   Luchanske-2 (Kiev region);
  •   Mriya (Vinnitsa region);
  •   Podol (Cherkasy region);
  •   Svitanok (Kiev region):
  •   Fedyukovka Agro.

Epicenter K received permission to purchase 24.7% of the same enterprises.

According to Novoye Vremya, 10 agribusinesses belong to Glencore International AG (Switzerland).

We would like to remind that in March 2017 AMCU gave permission to Jerste B.V. Company (the Netherlands), which belongs to Kernel Agricultural Holding, to purchase more than 50% of 10 agricultural enterprises owned by Glencore International.
