In Ukraine the number of poultry stocks increased by 3.3%

As of September 1, 2017, the number of poultry stocks in Ukraine amounts to 238.72 million head, which is 3.3% more than in the same period last year.

According to the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the number of poultry stock in agricultural enterprises amounts to 111.82 million heads.

The greatest increase in the number of poultry is observed in the Kherson region (+ 23.7%), and in the Zaporozhye region there is a decrease of 7.8%.

Let us remind, that the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has lifted restrictions on the importation of chicken and domestic animals from Ukraine.
