Prosecutor General's Office dropped the charges against Astarta-Kiev

The Prosecutor General's Office closed the criminal proceedings against the subsidiary structures of the agro-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv due to the absence of the elements of a criminal offence

This is reported by the press service of the company.

Thus, all previous accusations have been dropped.

Following this, Astarta expects that in the near future, bank accounts of a number of the company's enterprises will be unlocked through the court.

"We are convinced that the case with Astarta-Kiev should become a "point of no return" to the forceful influence of law enforcement bodies on business in the absence of justified grounds, confirmed by court decisions," the company reports.

Let us remind, that on September 6 in the headquarters of Astarta-Kiev with the participation of armed law enforcement officers and violations of procedural rules, a search was carried out, initiated by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
