Ukraine in January-September exported 4.2 million tons of barley

In January-September 2017, Ukraine exported 4.19 million tons of barley worth of $606.51 million.

According to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, barley exports in September amounted to 1.16 million tons.

The main buyers of Ukrainian barley in January-September were Saudi Arabia ($253.93 million), China ($112.56 million) and Libya ($49.08 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 1.75 million tons, 779k tons and 339k tons of barley, respectively.

Reference: in 2016, Ukraine increased barley exports by 0.17 million tons to 4.8 million tons (4.63 million tons in 2015).
