The company owned by Andrey Verevskiy increased its stake in Kernel to 38.39%

Namsen Limited, a legal entity directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy, a chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, increased its stake in the company to 38.39%.

This is reported by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Namsen Limited acquired during 23–25 October 2017 a total of 208,917 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 48.68 PLN per share.

As of 26 October 2017, Namsen Limited holds 31,454,795 shares in the Company representing 38.39% of the share capital and entitling to 31,454,795 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, equal to 38.39% of the total number of votes.

Before the acquisition, Namsen Limited held 31,245,878 shares, representing 38.13% of the share capital of the Company.

Earlier it was reported that Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (NN OFE) reduced its stake in Kernel to 4.89% by selling 132.32 thousand shares of the company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Reference: the number of registered shares of Kernel amounts to 81.94 million.
