750 thousand tons of poultry meat produced in January-September

Ukrainian enterprises in January-September 2017 produced 750 thousand tons of fresh and frozen poultry meat.

The data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine shows that the production of fresh and chilled poultry meat for the reporting period increased by 15.1% to 608 thousand tons, yet frozen meat production decreased by 21.1% to 142 thousand tons.

According to the report, in September 2017 Ukrainian enterprises produced 73.4 thousand tons of poultry meat, including 59 thousand tons of fresh and chilled poultry meat and 14.4 thousands of frozen poultry meat.
