In 10M 2017 Ukraine exported 32 MT of grain

For the first 10 months of 2017, 31.8 million tons of grain were shipped for export from Ukrainian seaports.

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) reports that during the reporting period the export of vegetable oils increased significantly — by 28.5% to 4.5 million tons.

Since the beginning of 2017, 109 million tons of cargo have been handled, which is 0.6% more than in the previous year.

The largest cargo volume was handled by the port of Yuzhny — 34.9 million tons, which is 5.9% more than in the same period last year, Odessa — 19.9 million tons (–3.4%), Nikolaev — 19.2 million tons (+ 5.5%) and Chernomorsk — 14.1 million tons (+ 9.4%).

Earlier it was reported that the seaports of Ukraine in January-September 2017 provided for the transshipment of 29.76 million tons of grain, which is 11.08% more than for the same period last year.
